Specialist or generalist, you'll be a genuine partner to the business. As such, you’ll bring a commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to how we develop and implement our HR strategy. Plus, you'll be able to apply real initiative to the task of maximising talent in a complex global organisation.

You could become a Talent Manager or a Group Change Manager; an International Assignment Analyst or a Pensions Planning Manager; whatever your role, expect challenge and variety to come with the territory.
