ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVE

The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

• Supporting the functional operations
• Supporting the logistics and execution of key projects

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• Diploma’s or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong interest in manufacturing, production, and prototyping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, calculations, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn technical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with exposure to manufacturing, production, prototyping, or engineering projects and familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Power Automate being an added advantage.
