British American Tobacco Germany has an exciting opportunity for an International Management Trainee in Finance, in Hamburg
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gather exciting experiences from different rotations within our Finance department (e.g. Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Forecasting & Planning) in our German headquarters in Hamburg
- Learn how to drive the financial forecast cycle, conduct demand forecasting for highly dynamic product categories, bring value adding analyses, prepare business case evaluations, proactively seek and identify cost saving and efficiency opportunities, understand demand forecasting, corporate planning and decision-making processes, and much more
- Build your network beyond national borders with an international exposure with stakeholders in our offices abroad such as Warsaw, Vienna, or Lausanne
- Plan your career together with one of our senior leaders as your individual coach, who will guide you through the program and commits to help you grow on a professional and personal level.
- Help us shape our Finance agenda and strategy to transform our business and contribute your own ideas on projects that make us best in class.
- Drive your learning curve by working cross-functionally (e.g. with colleagues from Marketing) and managing different stakeholders from peers to senior managers.
- Get to know our sales business from scratch by visiting our Field Force
What are we looking for?
- Fluency in English and German is a must.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, e.g. in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or (International) Management
- First functional experience as an intern or working student (min. 4 months)
- International experience, e.g. through a semester or internship abroad (min. 4 months)
- A courageous and passionate personality with strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills
- Strong international career aspirations and mobility
- A sound leadership attitude
- Starting Salary: 55.800€ + annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)
