Job Title:  Accounts Receivable & Collections Intern

The Accounts Receivable & Collections Intern will support the Sales Finance Team, assisting with daily operations and ensuring timely customer collections, accurate account balances, and effective resolution of billing and credit issues. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in basic Financial processes, learn about Finance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze customer outstanding balances and send payment notifications to the commercial owner.
• Review allocation of credit notes and customer payments.
• Provide balance information and support to Commercial and Logistics teams.
• Provide support, analyses, and reports related to overdue invoices and credit granted in the market.
• Inform the line manager promptly of any issues that may affect business operations.
• Issue customer account statements, invoice copy, credit notes.
• Support in the audit balance confirmations process.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance / Accounting or similar;
• Relevant extracurricular activities (volunteering, project-based experience, internships);
• Romanian & Business‑level English (written and spoken);
• Quick learner;
• Clear and effective communication skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
